I had a friend who was in love with this one dude. They only talk online, and never met each other irl. So this dude’s username was garbage...like tf....I was added to a group chat of him and my friends, and you know he posted something that made me annoyed, and I replied. He called me a hoe, so I asked him if he was gay(and mad just because I get dicks) He said no, and said I suck dicks for 10 dollars. So my friend who’s in love with him(let’s call her Trash) she comes in and tells me why I’m assuming he’s gay. Like tf? I didn’t assume I asked a question. SHE COMES IN AND PROTECTS HIM LIKE TF? She defends him, when he called me a hoe. Like imagine protecting a dude that called your friend a hoe. The next day, she unfriends me. And sends a long ass paragraph to the gc. Like trash, just send it privately, really need attention from Garbage don’t you? And that’s how I lost my friend.
I lost a whole group when I was 16, it was the begining of high school, and even though it was the same school from 4yo to the end of high school, there were still a lot of new faces, so I started making new friends and one day the ones I'd known for years came to me and said they didn't consider me as a friend anymore... That was a weird experience, and it sure dealt a heavy blow to my still-slowly-budding self-confidence but I didn't react too strongly, I guess we had already grown apart.
