I was always overweight and didnt want to do any kinds of sports due to basically stubbornness. But in my 3rd year in high school I started to do kickboxing. It's good for the body and fun.
It's allows you to get in a better shape in a good way, the training they do is amazing, I highly recommend it.
But the troubles that came along with it, was hunger. I ate alot. my weight wasn't falling. But it didn't gain much either.
So lately I've doing aerobics which helped in me losing weight and getting in better shape.
Combining these two sports is nice and beneficial for anyone who wants to put in the effort I recommend these together and with a good quality of food and not stack up On heavy meals at night. Results will definitely show.
