Tbh it's like 50/50 for me because some times I'm like damn who is that sexy mf right there in the mirror ok but like fr I would and still do just look at myself in the mirror all day and just think wow I'm so pretty for like a good 4 days or so maybe a week if I'm lucky but then out of nowhere I just wake up one day and I look in the mirror and I'm like nope I don't even want to look in the mirror and see "that thing" (aka me) in the mirror because it's so unacceptable if you get what I mean (sorry I just don't like using the word ugly) and just avoid the mirror all day to make me forget how I look because you know how once you get used to something it becomes boring or when you see someone good looking for the first time and you think they are so beautiful but if you keep seeing them everyday you get used to them and they become less attractive so I just do that and it helps or when I don't feel like doing that I just keep looking at my self in the mirror all day/s and just waiting for me to like myself again
if your enjoying life and all the happy things are happening and you dont even get the time to think about the negative stuff.. thats when you catch a glimpse of yourself looking pretty/cute/stunning. like youre eating well, sleeping well having no mental/physical issues...but if youre in one of your depressing phrases and you find yourself lookin...... reply
