Ghost Hunt They solve interesting supernatural cases in each episode (spanning 1-2 episodes) I've watched it forever ago and it still stuck with me - should rewatch it sometime soon And you'll like Katanagatari tho the episodes are an hour each with 12 or 13 episodes (each episode focuses on a sword they are trying to collect)   reply

The best series is Mononoke from 2007 by Toei Animation. 12 episodes, each short. It technically starts with the Bake Neko arc (3 episodes) found in Ayakashi: Samurai Horror Tales. The last episodes of Mononoke are also called Bake Neko, but are different from Ayakashi's arc. I LOVEEEEEEE it. The art is beautiful. These are in parts horror, psycho......   reply

Highly suggest the great pretender ! Im kinda sad its not big as it supposed to since both the sub and dub of it delivers to me, there are diffrent arcs within a season that engaging to any action mystery fan for me, packing with much appreciated osts and fluid artstyle.
