So how's your guys new year resolutions going?
Honestly i think they have been going ok I mean I've been working out every day eating at least one healthy meal a day been trying to build good/healthy habits like not going on any tv or phone basically anything to do with the Internet before 3 hours of waking up journaling for at least 15minutes and meditating and you know stuff like that
I actually didn’t make any this year. Just figured that doing shit was better than saying I was gonna do shit actually worked out. I guess that could be considered a New Year’s resolution, but I just see it as personal growth. reply

As for me I’m trying to keep it tgt (my resolution is to improve my mental health) but I don’t rly understand how I feel anymore maybe it’s a bpd thing but Idek

My birthday on 5/1 but almost of all the time i think what method can i used to unalived myself. Idk why i feel like that, even idk what problem that i have bcs idk. I have loving family,good friends, iam single btw and student. The financial is okey,is still have something to eat so iam not broke but sometimes this lonely feeling i cant shake it o...... reply
