Weight loss tips?
My goal is to lose 30lbs but anytime I lose weight it’s only like 2-3 lbs. If you have lost this much weight before please share some tips on how to see results faster! My goal is to lose at least 15lbs before the summer (6 months.)
I’m currently on a 1400-1450 calorie deficit and I’m trying to incorporate exercise to my routine. For context I’m abt 5’8ish and i weight 146lbs I wanna be 115lbs so bad so I can be a skinny legend PLEASE HELP
theres a reason why u only lose 2- 3 lbs cuz ur already within healthy body weight for ur height....there's no reason to lose anymore weight for aesthetic purposes 7 reply
First of all don't judge excess weight, but also don't be fake positive. You need to find out what's really behind that weight, what kind of unresolved emotions. Get to know yourself better.

As someone who’s been around the weight loss scene for years, my primary tip is just to exercise. High intensity at least twice a week, moderate for the rest. If you’ve got access to a gym, use it. If not, focus on no equipment workouts, running, push ups, etc. if you want more information, I’d be happy to help ya out! 1 reply
