First of all don't judge excess weight, but also don't be fake positive. You need to find out what's really behind that weight, what kind of unresolved emotions. Get to know yourself better. As someone who’s been around the weight loss scene for years, my primary tip is just to exercise. High intensity at least twice a week, moderate for the rest. If you’ve got access to a gym, use it. If not, focus on no equipment workouts, running, push ups, etc. if you want more information, I’d be happy to help ya out!   1 reply
