I've read a couple of omegaverse stories but I still do not understand how it works, especially between two women and alpha women do they have both a dick and a vagina or what??? How do they get omegas pregnant??

i'll try to explain as best as i know but some parts might not be accurate. so omega women are just women with heat cycles and omega men have dicks but also wombs that are connected to their assholes, like they give birth out of their asses they just have buttholes instead of vaginas. anyway alpha males are just men, in some universes they don't ha...... reply
