Did you predict what would be the 'plot' of your life's 'downfall' but still let it happen anyway?
Like you knew you cared too much about 'something' that you are aware 'the challenge of your life' will be about it and it will forever change you. That you knew very well what to do to avoid it because technically, you are aware of it as the 'possible' biggest challenge but you also knew it will happen anyway because everyone gotta experience at least one major downfall in their life.
I asked this because I did. Back when I was still in highschool, I knew that I dedicated most of my time for school and I would trade my family for school. There was also this 'calm before the storm' phase where I was at peak performance in school and the most productive I have ever been and then it happened.
Growing up, my parents always expected me to excel, whether in a fencing match or as a school president. It's a bit of a toxic environment, but I've accepted it because that's how they see life: always aiming for the best. Now, as I near the end of university, this drive for success is translating into a constant urge for monetary gain. It's oversh...... reply
