OK so I've Obsessed with cracking my bones lately. Like my back, my hands and my neck as weird as it sounds but everyone keeps saying my hands will get big like a man's life every single day so now I'm kinda worried
They look fine dw about it Cracking your joints is basically just the sound of air bubbles popping around the soft tissue in your joints. Or something like that idk I'm not an expert. It can be a sign of something more serious, but usually it's nothing and all those myths about joint cracking are usually wrong. You've got very nice hands everyone around you is just lying
I've been cracking mine ever since 5th grade bc I saw another girl do it and it's been a habit for YEARSS now and my hands aren't that big. I mean they're not skinny either but I think that's js cus I'm a fat

Also your hands and knuckles are totally normal. You've got skinny fingers so maybe your knuckles look more defined than if you had thicker fingers, but there's nothing wrong...
