Banned account

Do you guys know how to solve this issue? My friend got their account banned maybe 4 years ago and can’t upload manga or make questions or comments on anything, they can only add mangas to their list, no messages either
They tried emailing mangago but they never responded to their request somehow
Any help is appreciated!
