I think if you put gender aside, its more or less always the receiving getting the main focus rather than the giving...

I read smut too but mostly bls. We have different reasons tho, most straight smuts over draw the girls facial expressions during sex like yk eyes rolled up, tounge out, begging eye brows, etc..
