Few days back in my school a professional photographer came and we had a photography workshop and we were told to pair up on our own as a duo which I did with one friend and later we went out to plan out the photoshoot with respect to the topics we were allowed to submit 8 photos so we fairly decided to divide it like my friend will take 4 photo and same for me (everything was going out fine now) but when we were handed the phone to click pictures this friend of mine started to do their own things like involving juniors and other stuff (listen we had already planned out so many things and my creative mind was also involved before but all were of waste) this friend totally dismissed my ideas and did whatever they wanted , i somehow was able to take one two photos I was satisfied with this But when it came to show our work to the professional this friend deleted few photos which were awkward tbh but I told this friend not to delete the photo that I took twice thrice but they still deleted it (it was a photo of this friend i told to model and i also model for this friend as well) ... Fine i understand that people feel embarassed about their pictures because they don't look good or something but in those photos taken of me i felt embarassed too I felt bad too but I respected your ideas and you should have respected mine as well because when the picture were shown All the photos you appeared in were what selfies But I took a perfectly good photo of yours where was that I was there to learn too about how my skills are as a photographer but all the photos we submitted were YOURS Why did this friend not respect my profession? I have pride in my photo but none of my skills were able to be seen I have lost some of my respect for you (Whenever we fought cause of my mistake i admitted and apologized for it and you don't even realise what you have done) When I confronted this friend they replied me with a "meh bla bla bla (hotel Transylvania one)" What do you even think of yourself (do you think this reply is cute with the way you were acting so play Full) Alright you deleted this picture but atleast you could have informed me and i could have taken some other photos where you were satisfied with how you looked. And until you realise your mistake I'll not forgive you (Today i tried again to confront this friend i don't think this friend will listen)
Edit: getting this out of the system felt nice I'll not forget about this but maybe as time flies I'll forgive this friend of mine but not right now
I think you need to stop being friends with your friend. They are annoying and it kind of displayed to me that they’re selfish as they only thought about themselves in two ways. They didn’t let you display your talents, any of your ideas, and when you confronted them about it, they dismissed you. If you’re still going to be friends with them because this may not be something that makes you dislike them all the way. Just take a mental note of them from now on that, they’re a little bit selfish and you can’t rely on them for certain things. Just know that I am proud of you, your work ethic and your pictures even though I haven’t seen them.
