Thinking

I had this senior I was kinda close with in high school. She was a brilliant student. We would walk home together every day because our houses were in the same direction. I lost touch with her after we graduated high school and the pandemic started. A year later I heard from someone that she committed suicide. I heard she did it because of the pressure of studies , pressure from parents became too much. I still feel bad for never reaching out to her after graduation. She died when she was 19 years old. Today I am 20 , older than she ever was.
