Hello! So I've got this troublesome problem of thinking and planning but actually not doing.
It's not procrastination since I don't have a deadline on them, more like exercising everyday, or drawing everyday, something I planned to research, learn etc.
I know the three steps to Self Control, but it's just unconscious avoidance on my part. Do u guys have some good tips? Or is it just skill issue...
