While I doubt someone measures the average secretions they produce, I would say that the dehydration would come more from the sweating. That or the level of stress it would be on the body to orgasm that many times.
However, if you are dehydrated, studies show that it is indeed harder to become "wet". It's more a limiter though, and not a cause, so the correlation is not linear. Drinking lots of water will not give you more vaginal discharge/ female lubricant.
