Maybe you can use manhwas/Mangas as a reward for finishing one goal. Or start in bite-sized work and slowly add more. There are a lot of videos out there that could help you with procrastinating so don't give up!!!

If you enjoy some lofi beats play them on whilst doing your work to get in the flow. Also!! Start doing your work for just 5 minutes until you get in the flow of it and say to yourself oh just a little bit more of this oh just a little bit more till you reach like a good hour of work done (kinda opp of procastinating lol) .
