Yes this is about Megumi and Tsugumi
What is with bl manga authors and drawing underage highschool kids having sex?? And why's everyone so chill about it?? Am I missing out on something??? Ofc ik underage people can have sex too but it's the way a grown ass person sits and draws 16 year olds having sex like it just sounds so wrong
Hold on, it’s not just Japan though, even western countries draw teenagers having sex, like wasn’t there even a show called Euphoria that’s majority about teenagers having sex? Not only that, it’s also not just bl authors, even straight romance authors or whatever genre does that too.
I’m not saying it’s not wrong but it’s not just J...... 3 reply
do u even kno js how many yaois there r of ppl still in high school it’s not js this one +i am not t try ing 2 defend it in any way but there r thousands of ones w an even worse situation and even creepier authors 1 reply
i guess the short answer is that both manga and stuff like western tv shows, movies, etc do that to appeal to their target audience of teens. like yeah it feels weird when you consider it from that perspective, but at the end of the day mangaka are making the stories for a specific audience bc it's their job. i used to hang out a lot in forums back...... 1 reply
exactly like wtf is going on japan. except for 1-2 ppl my whole grade were virgins when we graduated
(haven't read the one you are talking about, there is A LOT of titles with this shit) 1 reply
everyones chill about it cus their target audience is more often than not teenagers. (unfortunately) its common, but by no means normal. its not jus bl authors either bro. shits commonplace everywhere. 1 reply
I don't think this is a 100% BL problem because have you seen western media? There's literally a show called Sex Education and the characters are teenagers, who are played by adults, which is so much weirder.
It's honestly for me the same as the grown men writing shonen (and killing all these children btw) 1 reply
