Sleep paralysis??
So i just had a nightmare last night and it felt to real and vivid to the point it creeps me out at this time, and compared to my other dreams/nightmare that i always forget after a day or two, i still remember all the details the nightmare i had. I saw in tiktok that sleep paralysis is about creepy things and creepy things happening to your body, so i just wanna ask if this counts as sleep paralysis.
I still remember the details of the creepy thing i dream of. Their eyes is red and their head is a bit yellow and they have a huge portion of body. Their body is also have a wood like texture and the color is blackish. And the thing that creeps me out the most is the way that my house is the place that it takes of, why? Because in my years of living in this planet, i have never had a dream that takes place in my house; the details of my house is surreal.
Where you paralysed when you saw the creepy thing?
Feeling trapped that your own body isn't doing anything to get away?
Not too sure what other people experience.
I will wake up, can only move my eyes and have something sitting on my chest, it feels so heavy. There is a black figure standing at the end of my bed and then it starts to get close...... reply
That's a nightmare, but an impact full one that maybe woke you up immediately after so you remember or you had it right before you woke up in the morning, sleep paralysis on the other hand is quite literal, you experience paralysis(can't move your body) while you're asleep, you will get the signs of yourself falling into one so it starts to feel un...... reply
Calming sleep music makes my sleep paralysis go away. There is a lot to read so I’ll just leave a tip right here if you have it in the future or now. reply
