Anyone else get pop up ads?

Everytime I visit a manga and I click to the next page, many tabs pop up or it suddenly goes to a page that says my phone is infected. It's very frustrating bc I can't go back to the page. I have to visit this website again. How do u deal with this? I use my phone when accessing this website
