Leviathan. It's awesome. The monsters designs are so freaking scary I don't know how these people survive in this world. Nakayama Masaaki is great at creating tension and making you paranoid. I really enjoyed Fuan no Tane (and its sequel). I've heard great things about Kouishou Radio, too, though I haven't read it yet. https://www.mangago.me/read-manga/fuan_no_tane/ Obviously Junji Ito is a must read.
