Question for people who does skincare(help sum person out)
My face is somewhat always oily and my skin is sensitive and usually I get a lot of breakouts in the past but now it lessened for sometime but Its always around sometimes in my chin and yet always at the other side of my cheek and not both of it. Now i keep getting tiny bumps and are a lot in my chin and also at my cheeks though its not very visible but when i try touching my face it feels very bumpy and theyre a lot and like somewhat together. Its not reddish but js skin texture though I keep getting it. I use only 4 products which are cleanser, serum, moisturizer and sunscreen (Couldnt buy anymore cus im broke this summer)
1. Do you guys know the reason on why I keep breaking out on my chin and the other side of my cheek only?
2. How do you get rid of skin texture? Plus does eatin garlic work? I keep seeing people eating it
P.S: I never went to a dermatologist cause im unfortunately broke but the products i bought somehow my face is a bit better than before since my face was full on w/ breakin out everyday
Do you sleep on that side of your face? When you call someone does your phone touch that side? Breaking out on the chin is usually because of hormones. Idk about the garlic thing but exfoliating can help with that a lot, I think there's a brand called Peach slices that has a good toner for cheap? 2 reply
The thing you want is to find out if the skin problems are caused by hormone disbalance or by skin bacteria, depending on which the way to treat it is different. Tbo acne and skin issues in general are better fixed by fixing the cause then treating the symptoms. I learned that you can get breakouts on your cheeks by sleeping sideways. I too sleep sideways which has led to more breakouts for me from time to time. I use cleansers meant for sensitive and oily skin, cetaphils a brand I’ve always used, specifically their oily skin cleanser and gentle foaming cleanser. another face wash I use is luxe organix...... reply
1) Likely because you keep touching it subconsciously or have a material touch it often, or sheer bad luck. sometimes different parts produce more sebum than others and that's just how it is.
2) Stick with a minimal routine. the more products you introduce, the more likely they are to react poorly and you wont' be able to tell which one is workin...... reply
Hey, I have the same skin type as you, and there are definitely a lot of reasons why you might be breaking out—hormonal issues, the wrong skin products, or even the sunscreen you use. In my experience, the biggest culprits for breakouts are sunscreen and my period.
The products that help me with bumps and acne contain benzoyl peroxide and retino...... reply
i have the same skin type. oily and sensitive + acne-prone. these days my skin has become textured due to hormonal acne and i can't do anything about it. here are some of the few things i did to reduce it.
1. use a fresh pillow case every week or every 3-4 days. i try to sleep on my back but i end up sleeping on my side when i'm asleep.

1. I think it could be because you sleep on face and the side that you sleep on is getting fucked up so you could try sleeping flat on your back and switching out your pillow case every other day or something. The thing with your chin could possibly be because of your blanket or something hitting your chin when you sleep which causes it to fuck up ...... reply
