Is nonchalant a good thing or a bad thing? People keep saying I'm nonchalant or have an indifferent look or just grumpy like wdy want me to do that's my normal face?
No one really talks to me nor bullies me, idk they are kinda nice but they don't tend to start up a conversation with me. Probably my fault because I suck at social cues idek they wanted to be my friend or has a crush on me before or when it's too late (I'm a wuss)
I’m the same way or I used to be. I was often told I didn’t care about anything and was too nonchalant. However, I actually did. I just wasn’t attuned to my emotions combined with excessive radical acceptance.

I mean it depends on how extreme your nonchalant attitude is. Is it mild? not having an emotional input on minor situations that wouldn't affect you or the people involved, or is it concerning to the point of you lacking emotional literacy.
