Looking for a music manga

Hi guys! I am looking for a Manga to read again. It's about a boy who can see the heart's of people. The hearts are the true of that person. He befriend some music friends. The new friend suggested that he be a music conducter. And so he helps a lot of musicians in is school. I know it's kind of vague but I really want to read this again. Thanks!! (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
