I got sick at a concert, and it's literally nothing else but non-stop coughing and blowing my nose. I tried everything but I can't stop, I'm not even able to sleep trough a single night PLS SOMEONE HELP ANY ADVICE WILL DO

It Simple but if you in like the USA where it will literally cost you an arm and a leg for some proper health care.
BUY COUGH MEDICINE, COOLING PADS FOR YOUR FOREHEAD and VICK VAPORUB FOR YOUR NOSES
And just to make sure buy a Covid / monkeypox test in case you got those.

I get really bad coughs whenever I'm sick, and from sudden weather changes but those haven't been as bad in the last few years (I say that but I do have one from the weather rn LMAO) so I'll speak from my experience. U might not find anything helpful tho depending on what's causing ur cough.
