But I LOVEEE tropes where we see adopted siblings getting along like blood related siblings or friends, or when we see adopted child and adoptive parent loving each other (not in a romantic way) and protecting each other and shit. This genuinely sounds disturbing asf as an adopted sibling. I could never think about falling in love with my adoptive "sister." That's a line I would never be able to cross, and even if I did, I would never be able to act on those feelings.
