How many subjects ya’ll have in a semester?
Recently learned that Canada only do like 4-5 subjects in one semester and I wanna know about ya’lls too. It’s so mind blogging like we have 8 subjects in every semester like wtf man education is going faster like some of my lessons in college were supposed to be 3rd or 4th year lessons back in the day.
I'm in uni and I have 7 per semester (total of 14) . It's gonna be a nightmare!! I don't know what's like in universities in other countries but in mine it's gonna be horrible and I know cause I had 8 in the last semester. No single day off and above that I work part-time too. Want to cry. reply
How many months are your semesters though?
In Canada, it's 4 classes ~75 minutes each everyday in high school for 5 months for each semester (1 week dedicated to exams). In college or university, it's 3-6 classes over 4 months each semester (1 month dedicated to exam scheduling). reply
We usually have 4-6. But I'm in a trimestral uni, so that's around 12-18 per year. What you should be asking is how many units that is coz some courses have lower units than the others so having more or less subject don't really matter much. reply
I have 4-5 each semester. Someone else commented saying that they would have 12-15 credits to be considered a full time student, and that's how it is with me too. I need 12 credits to be considered a full time student. But yeah I usually have 4-5 classes for each semester reply
