I get awkward when watching those scenes around family members/ strangers

So yk how there's different genres in movies? fantasy, drama, comedy and etc- I like a, b, c and d but watching action movies around family members/ strangers is a nono go for me, watching someone be tossed around like a ragdoll and not wishing that it was me is such a hard() thing to do, idk if my poker face can stay pokering when it comes to things like this.
