I don't understsnd how people listen to music while reading, I wouldn't be able to focus not only that my playlist is extremely random too reply
For romance specifically, depends on the vibe/theme of the story, so I choose the song that fits the theme and then play it on repeat unless the vibe changes, also all are instrumental :
If there are lots of smut scenes or just hot enemies to lovers kinda chemistry throughout the story, its this one :
