Reading Journal for manga/mahwa/manhua etc

Do you keep a reading journal in general? I am a notebook enthusiast and as I've started to read more and more mangas in the past year and also rediscovered old manga and anime I read/watched and forgot about I though I'd start writing about them and how I felt reading them, what I liked about it etc
