Having distant relatives over
What are your experiences? Like what do you feel like when relatives specifically the ones you don't know well and aren't close with, come over to your place for a meal or stay over. Today a long distanced relative came over to my place and I felt so awkward the whole time. She hugged me really hard and I literally froze and tried to put on a smile but physically couldn't. The whole time we had lunch i just couldn't look her in the eye and every expression I made felt extremely exhausting to fake. I just wanted to go back in my room and be on my phone or whatever, anything but interact with them cause of how much of an act it felt like. (╯︵╰,)
oh gawd I hate having relatives at home. Everytime they come I want to massacre the entire family.
