Used my vagina as a meth pipe and now I have 4th degree burns

I tried smoking ice from my vagina and when I lit up my torch it accidentally blowed straight into my urethra the ice fell in there too and I got fourth degree burns all over, I tried putting butter and toothpaste but it’s not helping, my main concern is the crystal that got stuck in my piss hole idk how to get it out im in so much pain
