I hate my dog

Ok I actually don't, I love her more than anyone but gawd she is so annoying sometimes, how do I deal with her seperation anxiety, she doesn't eat properly, acts crazy whenever I'm not the one feeding her bro I think I've spoiled her a bit too much. Idk how she'll be able to able to handle it when I'm off to college and will only see in on holidays because she can't even go a day without me. My mom isn't fond of animals so she clearly hasn't bonded with her and dad is barely home. We had a house caretaker that my dog used to love but he retired and we got a new one but that woman is terrified of my dog, and my dog hates her too. If I'm away for one day there's no one to properly give my dog attention and I feel bad that I should've not adopted her, she's super high maintenance (4 year old GSD, who has her own room, play area, entire shower routine, is a picky eater, will kill you if you don't give her belly rubs), so I can't really give her away to friends because Ik no one will be able to take care of her and spend that much money on her like I do. It's not like I can sneak her into college dorms either she is huge
