One manga up there is One punch man. The panels move with the characters like those old comics / captain underpants comics in the U.S, except more advanced and intentional. Kinda weird for one punch man to have goated paneling, because you don't really expect it from the superhero comedy genre. 1 reply
Ok this answer is kind of out there it's an animated video, but I think it counts since it's still technically using panels... also I want to ramble about it because I LOVE this video. A lot of yapping ahead because I'm insane about this animation made for a mid book series about cats
