when I was deep into my isekai/Rofan FIXATION I literally would've read anything regardless of the quality of the story or art... mainly due to my then intense hobby of collecting reoccurring tropes and motifs.

tbh i dont worry too much abt art if the story is interesting enough but if the plot is doodoo im dropping, of course i get drawn in with good art but if the writing is straight ass u best believe that i will (probably) not read it reply
when i first started reading webtoons, i kept dropping tower of god because i didn't like the art style at all. i came back to it a year later, and i was pretty invested, being able to just read it for the plot. eventually i just thought of it as a unique art style. now if i were to choose something that i've dropped despite having a pretty art sty...... reply
