I think the problem lies in the fact that most fujoshi (here, for instance) are underage and have no real life experience, so they confuse fantasy with reality. Real sex is almost NEVER as hot as the sex portrayed in manga, whether it's yaoi, yuru, or straight smut.

I think one problem is that many fujoshis are young and lack exposure to information on what fetishization is whether it be lack of available info or the nature in which the info is presented.
