Once you peel or scrub off the dead skin, apply ur chapstick- the only one thats ever worked for me was original chapstick like the brand and pretty much don’t let it dry off of your lips. me personally i had quite chapped lips too and i started to apply a decent amount of vaseline on my lips b4 bed and its done wonders considering thats the only time i moisturize them reply
I think everyone said it already but
1. Drink more water
2. Gently exfoliate your lips (if its scarred then skip this)
3. Lip balm and lip mask all the time even during sleeping (put them thicker)
4. Dont lick your lips
5. Invest in humidifier if your room is dry or your always leave the AC on reply

My brother was on accutane for his acne for ~year and had super super dry lips, and was recommended to use this one. It worked really well for him and I also tried when my lips were dry.
After applying, your lips will feel warm and tingly for a while and will start peeling the next day.
