Why whitewashing is viewed as wrong?
Imma use simple terms cause I know some of u bitches are illiterate. Most characteristics black people have are looked down on and viewed as ugly due to racism e.g. big nose and ESPECIALLY black skin SOO, whitewashing is common in most cultures (especially black ones) This is wrong because it reinforces the idea that black=bad basically Also whitewashing in media is bad because it ruins the little representation black people have AND once again it encourages people to bleach and ruin their skin. It's also wrong as many characters are whitewashed cause of racism AGAIN I would make fun of that one post but I won't since I think it was serious and not rage bait
You can make fun of me I don't really care.
I only wanted to speak up about certain characters that aren't tied to history or are portraying any historical figures. Those characters are of pale skin since birth but they are blackwashed.

As a black person I don't care, African Americans are out here black washing Asian characters; not to mention embarrassing the rest of the innocent black population(globally), when it's know damn well that many Asians admit on camera that most of the perception comes from media. So when they see those black streamers acting out in their countries o...... reply
