So um, I've been thinking, do you just like seeing yaoi as a straight male, because I could never read yuri as a straight girl. Just a curiosity, sorry if it may seem rude(￣∇￣") I'm eagerly waiting your answers (≧∀≦)
I’m a pansexual male and don’t think I could or would ever read yuri. Not because I think its gross or wrong or anything like that at all. It just doesn’t interest me as male to see two lesbians women being in a relationship just as a straight woman wouldn’t be interested in seeing two gay men being in a relationship.

I'm not attracted to women but I sometimes read yuri because the authors always put a lot of care into writing the female characters whereas in a lot of other genres I frequent (yaoi and shonen) they get relegated to set dressing reply

personally i read more yaoi than yuri but the yuri i do read is usually either vanilla porn with slight plot or full on fluffy plot with no sexual stuff. no idea why ngl but thats that jaja 1 reply
