what does it mean to have a dream that feels to realistic?
I had this dream (I'm not sharing what I dreamt) where it felt like I wasn't sleeping, like I was experiencing something real and vivid, and then I woke up crying because the dream felt too real and heartbreaking. so yeah, it felt like I was experiencing a memory I haven't experienced (lmao does that sentence even make sense??). so that's all....
yeah it happens to me all the time but i think thats also because i have sleep paralysis. usually what triggers realistic dreams for me is something mentioned previously maybe on the day or something that has been spoken a lot around me that ive been involved in. but in terms of realism, it could be supernatural or something in a way ‘unrealistic...... reply
