Active recall, literally having someone teach you and then ask you questions regarding what they just taught you. Study methods depend on the subject.
In general:
I try to avoid memorization whenever possible because I have a terrible memory. Instead, I usually make sure I can reword everything that's going to be on the test in words that a five year old would know. My attention span is so bad. And I can't focus very well on the current topic I study. So I use pomodoro method. You can just dnld any pomodoro app from playstore. It worked for me. Not always but most of the time. reply
I don't really study seriously
Read the learning material (better if it's summarized), find the keywords that helps you remember it most, write what you remember on a piece of paper, then go back to the learning material about what you missed / did incorrectly.
I also use gizmo to study the material (as digital flashcards). Studying with friend...... 1 reply
