Omegaverse world is really adjustable so it highly depends on the author. There are omegaverses while Alphas can get pregnant but there are those where they cannot. I have read some omegaverse where the MC had omega x omega parents, so it entirely depends on the author.   reply

Long answer; I think their bodies hormonal wise function pretty similar to intersex people. One set of gonads developed fully while the other only develops half way.
