How to contact an old friend again
Okay I need to contact an old friend in discord, I want to tell them how healthy I am and absolutely thank them but thing is we broke our friendship bec my mental health was affecting them negatively due to my grief and unstable cus again I bottled my emotions for a decade and it spilled so I was freaking messy when it happened and now I got therapy and everything else, I wanna tell them how much sorry I was, (I apologised when we broke up so dw I'm not that ass) I've become so healthy and also thank them like with gifts and shit
Do you think I should leave or try to contact? They won't accept my FR cus I think they think I'm still not mentally good or smth... and nobody ik rn can get in contact with them because I was the only one who actually cared about her :((
It's been months since everything and I just wonder if reconciliation is possible. I don't need it honestly, I just fear they might be still worrying about me but I wanna tell them I'm okay.
Hey there, as someone on the other side of a similar issue (i.e. a friend of mine went off their meds and I had to loose contact with them for genuine mental health and physical safety reasons) I truly think it’s best to let them choose to contact you first.
