I'm not white so I can't say this is 100% true but I feel like with a lot of white people feel insecure about their privilege because they see it as bad thing instead of a fact of life. Because their privilege makes them uncomfortable. For once in history they're being considered the out-group instead of the in-group because being a minority is cool now and most places consist of minorities. They feel uncomfortable and out of place so they're trying hard to assimilate by making some sort of oppression out of thin air that they bel...... reply
