Is it normal to have lonely birthdays lol
Like i have only two people wishing me and putting up stories for me and yes I thanked them etc, one is a guy from class who I barely know who recently hmu and another a friend, I used to have alot of friends back in 10th grade but now I have like none, I kinda feel embarrased, cause everyone i see has so many friends and people wishing them :(
people who get lots of birthday wishes are mostly "well acquainted" people or people who have superficial relationships with many. "Lonely" people usually do not feel the need for superficial relationships because it's tiring to maintain--however I feel that what you seek is genuine friendship. Happy birthday:)) I think it's normal to have lonely birthdays occasionally. Sometimes your life changes and people leave or you move so it happens to everyone there is nothing to be embarrassed about. I do think you should try reaching out more tho if you feel lonely. Start a new hobby or join a club or something. There are a lot of lovely ppl out...... 1 reply
