Sure only if the main character spouse isn't cheesy and useless, this goes for female and male action. Because especially for action why would you want someone who's useless, of course there's Maiden archetypes or humble citizen characters. actually idc a romance in action manhwa. but most of them isn't done well so it's tarnishing the already somewhat good plot. so most people just prefer if there's none at all to begin with ╮(￣▽￣)╭ reply
I think i would like it with romance if had like a tragic ending for the love interests like one of them losing the will to fight along their loved ones while the other still plans on fighting making them go separate ways or one of them dies during a big battle. Something like a "they were the right person for each other but at the wrong time". reply
