Tips for work friendships?
I strated working at a new place and all the people seem really sweet so far. But I've always had this problem where I just have no idea how to strike up a conversation and end up not saying anything. The ones who I share a room with are both mid twenties girls(same as me) so I feel like I could definietly find some common topics I just don't want to feel like an idiot or like seemingly forcing this. Any tip helps!!
be confident is the key! even if it's awkward or the words don't come out as smoothly as you wanted, i'm sure they'll understand since you're all new to each other, at least you're showing that you're making effort to get to know them!
