Why do some people hate M-preg?
This is like a genuine question because I happen to like it quite a lot but I’ve noticed that even if other people do like it they tend to not mention it or sometimes in comment sections—here or on AO3 or whatever—people kinda hate on it?? Whyyyy???
this is what a gay man on here said: Extremely invalidating and heteronormative. It's like they're trying to "fix" gay relationships by making cis men able to conceive children. As if children are or should be the goal of a relationship.
If you want to show kids with gay parents, then have them adopt, or have a surrogate. We deal with enough bulls...... 1 reply
The only thing I’d like to add is that it’s not only invalidating the experiences of gay couples but also low key people that can’t have children? And adoption? Fostering? People that were adopted and/or fostered?

Cus ain't gonna lie 90% of mpreg stories, the baby haver slept with them drunkenly or a mistake and mostly SA. Heck I love kiss me if you can but Josh definitely DIDN'T plan to have a kid. He's a good father still. reply
