If you lift weights and continue increasing the amount of weights you lift gradually, you can increase your resting metabolism rate.
You have to build alittle muscle, and I'm not talking about bulking up. I am doing this and I wake up every morning with a flat as hell stomach but my arms are still slim despite the weights I lift, so dont worry about your arms bulking up.

Also eat sweet potatoes (they are a wonder food, very nutritious and filling), salads (I always add bacon bits, boiled eggs, tomatoes and favorite dressing. Sometimes I throw in craisins), and eat avocados and almonds (heathly fats without making you gain weight and almonds decrease appetite)

Also chicken breast are really good to eat too! Hopefully this is helpful :)

But if I had to be brutally honest. Exercise 5-6 a week for at least 30mins is what's really going to help anyone lose weight.
I do this diet but the diet is my assistant to daily exercise. And I've never been a pound over 121 since and I'm 5'5 for reference
