I'm not even trying to be woke (because consent is sooo woke/s) but like consent is genuinely so sexy and I don't get how noncon is so normalized in "romance" fiction to the point where authors think fans prefer it (a lot do ngl). Like the thought of someone wanting you so badly, and being so attracted to you, and seeking you out, and giving you the okay to do the devils tango and merge souls with them is soooo hot. Consent is genuinely really sexy
Ive genuinely tried reading every form of problematic media ever with no bias just to see whether I’m trying to seem better than people or if this stuff genuinely disgusts me and it was DEFINITELY the latter…. I don’t understand how people enjoy unconsensual stuff at all it’s so hard to read and not enjoyable at all just seeing someone suff...... reply
