Does anyone else gets disappointed when series in new seasons get nsfw?

It's just that one manhwa I forgot the name of like the one I thought would be cute school manhwas, one popular bully or wtv x the nerd who later becomes hot. Lowkey cliche but in a way it portrayed SA/grooming in a respectful way like NOT showing it and also showing how it affects the victim, craving for that affection but... I don't think the series should've went on an smut route mind you, they were students at first few chapts, not that there's something wrong with that but the time skip happened too fast imo and we're shown of the dud, e's sex life. Idk i lost interest early on so not sure, overall its fine to have time skip so then they have sex but sometimes it feels weird lmao we always don't need to see them have sex. It's fine to end it in a cute ending. Don't need another season full of smut and the plot is lost.
